Message Generator Service

This service provides the biggest part of our sending chain except the delivery of the final messages. The pipeline handles both transactional (TX) and batch push notification flows through multiple stages: Reception, Personalization, Device Mapping, and Delivery. All inter-component communication uses Google Pub/Sub, with workloads isolated via Distribution Groups (dg00-dg04).
