go to the Uptime for the service in Pingdom, click "Edit Check" and perform "Test check" manually to see if there is an issue.

you can look for the cause of the failed health check in the logs (laas) of the affected service

usually the healthcheck failure is related to issues with dependencies (postgres/mq/redis/…​)

alert is automatically triggered by Pingdom when the service is back up

to disable the alert alert, go to the Uptime for the service in Pingdom, click "Edit Check" and disable "Alert when back up"
